Booth Set Up
Booth set up may begin as early as 8:00am on Thursday, July 27. If you are a registered vendor, you will receive an email in July with set up times and instructions for the day of the event. It will be critical that you arrive to set up during the time slot given to you to ensure an efficient set up process if your location is in the main event area (Toledo Heights Park). If you have any questions, please reach out to tamatoledovendors@gmail.com.
Ice
Ice will be readily available to purchase in the main event area (Toledo Heights Park) by the beverage tent.
Pricing
It will be up to each vendor to set their own prices. Our committee will be happy to assist in making recommendations. All registered RAGBRAI participants will have a wristband. We recommend that a lower price be charged to RAGBRAI participants with a wristband, but this is not required. Plan to have plenty of cash on hand, as internet service could be spotty that day.
Vendor Information Packet
The Vendor Information Packet includes general vendor information, vendor application, electricity form, advertising form, and vendor application checklist.
Deadline for Vendors
Application and fees must be in by 5pm on Monday, June 19, 2023 to be included on map. Contact tamatoledovendors@gmail.com with any questions.
Cancellation Policy for Vendors
RAGBRAI occurs regardless of weather; therefore, no refunds will be given due to weather.
Refunds will be given only to vendor applicants if the request is received by email to tamatoledovendors@gmail.com by June 20, 2023.
